Julianna McRae

My creations are a reflection of specific locations and significant moments in my life. The flowers I paint are grown in my mother’s garden. The sunsets I create are copies of the beautiful skies I’ve witnessed on the beaches of the Carolinas. The drawings I show are snapshots from adventures in Venice, Cape Cod, and the Mayan Rivera. My latest work is inspired by the streets and musicians that can be found in my new home, Charleston, SC.

I am also frequently inspired by my students. I currently teach elementary art in Charleston County.
